Blood Pressure Help Found In Natural Juice

Many people eat healthy and do their best to stay fit. And yet, every time they go to the doctor their blood pressure is high. Sometimes dangerously high. Talk about frustrating. It can be difficult to get our blood pressure under control.

Many doctors begin to recommend starting on medication.

The problem is, the medication can have many side effects; constipation, headaches, and feeling drowsy. And that’s if your lucky. Some of these “medicines” are linked to cancer and some—ironically enough— are linked to heart attacks and death.

And according to the American Heart Association’s website regarding BP prescriptions, “Follow your recommendations carefully, even if it means taking medication every day for the rest of your life.”

This is something that affects many personally. And I feel very strongly about it.

My researchers just told me about a natural solution that many are incorporating in to their regular routine.  

Researchers have found a solution in the form of a juice. An Australian study showed how this specific juice helped lower the blood pressure in healthy, disease-free adults.

Subjects drank either the juice or a placebo. Researchers measured blood pressure at the start of the study and hourly for 24 hours following the consumption of the juice.

After just SIX hours the juice drinkers had lower blood pressure. Men in particular showed significant reductions.

Another study from the UK confirms the findings. This time subjects drank 500 mL of the juice. But this time it only took three hours for the juice to substantially reduce blood pressure! Even better…the drop in blood pressure lasted for up to 24 hours after they drank the juice. It lowered blood pressure by a whopping 10 points. This was a higher result than blood pressure medications

What is this fast-acting natural blood pressure lowering treatment?

Beet juice.

It’s also known as beetroot juice.

Beet juice is high in nitrates, which showed to be the element at work in lowering blood pressure. Nitrate is a chemical made up of nitrogen and oxygen. You can find it in foods, especially carrots, celery, and of course…beets. The nitrates in beet juice prevent clots by helping produce proper blood flow in blood vessels.

A little bit of beet juice goes a long way. And if you really want to kick it up a notch, blend the beet juice with other vegetables and fruit juices to help your body process it.

Beet juice is inexpensive. You can buy the beets yourself, peel them and juice them. Or you can buy beet juice ready to drink. Just remember to drink small amounts throughout the day or mix it with other juices to help dilute the potency.

The goal is to prevent high blood pressure before it becomes a problem. And a beet may just be the solution.
